Once a client proceeds with a transaction, it shall be understood and agreed that he/she has fully accepted and consented to the terms, conditions and policies herein stated.

How can I return an item purchased from Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium?


When is an item purchased returnable to Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium 

  • The purchased item/s may be returned to Just Jewels due to the following reasons:
    • Faulty or defective
    • Wrong Shipment
    • Damaged due to mishandling
    • With Missing parts

Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium reserves the right to conduct its own inspection on the returned item/s. If it be found defective or damaged due to misuse, accident caused by the client or incurred due to ordinary wear and tear, Just Jewels has the right to refuse its replacement or refund, as the case may be.

All shipping fees will be shouldered by Just Jewels if the returned item/s is proven faulty/defective according to the manufacturer’s specifications; wrong shipment; with missing parts; and/or damaged due to mishandling.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium and its courier partner shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, non-delivery of the shipment due to acts of God or force majeure, including but not limited to strike, war, rebellion, civil unrest, natural disasters or calamities, bad weather conditions, act of public enemies, fault of Recipient and government agencies with actual or apparent authorities, nature of the shipment or other characteristics, defect or inherent vise thereof, or items not specifically listed on the packaging list.

Other Limitations and Conditions

Client agrees that in the absence of the client at the given address, shipment may be given to any person of legal age who resides at the same address. We reserve the right to request for a valid ID (any government-issued ID), representative’s valid ID together with the ID (or photocopy) of the recipient and an authorization letter to ensure safekeeping of your package, especially when you will not be able to receive the item(s) and someone else will receive it on your behalf.

Any litigation arising out of the transaction shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City only, regardless of the place where the item was picked up or delivered.

Delivery and transit times

Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium's courier partner will make reasonable efforts to handle, transport and deliver packages to their destination within the prescribed delivery transit times. Just Jewels is not obligated to advise the Recipient that transit times may not be met due to operational constraints.

Transit times from day of pickup:

Metro Manila destinations: Five to seven (5-7) business days

Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  1. Client’s failure to provide accurate delivery address information
  2. Client’s refusal to accept shipment
  1. UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
  2. Where Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium courier partner is unable for any reason to deliver a Shipment to the Recipient including but not limited to:

    (i) the Recipients address being incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located;
    (i) the Recipients place of business being closed;
    (iii) delivery is impossible because of the unavailability or refusal of an appropriate person to accept delivery or sign for delivery of the Shipment;
    (iv) the Shipment would likely cause damage or delay to other shipments, property or injury to persons;
    (v) the Shipment was improperly packaged; or if after Five (5) working days from receipt of a Shipment which is held at the Just Jewels’ courier partner’s warehouse ‘to await order or disposition’ or upon any similar instructions and such instructions are not given or such Shipment is not called for, Just Jewels, in addition to its other rights may either:

    1. Return the Shipment to the store of origin and the Recipient will pay the rate similar to that charged for the original delivery unless a different rate has been agreed between the Recipient and Just Jewels in advance; or
    2. If the Shipment is not claimed, if the Recipient fails to provide disposition instructions and/or claim the Shipment within Six (6) months from date of shipment, Just Jewels reserves the right to dispose of the Shipment and Just Jewels shall be discharged from all liability in respect of such Shipment, its carriage and storage (without prejudice to any claim or right which the Recipient may have against Just Jewels otherwise arising under these Conditions).
    3. The Recipient will be liable for any and all costs, charges and fees incurred in returning, storing or disposing of:
      (i) any undelivered or uncollected Shipment, or
      (ii) any Shipment which is sent in violation of these Conditions.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

At Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium, we only accept locally issued credit or debit cards for payments and observe security measures to keep your account details safe. If you are a first-time customer paying via credit card, a copy of your credit card and valid ID shall be given to Just Jewels to help guard against fraudulent buyers. Any information derived from your credit card and valid ID shall not be stored in our system nor be shared or divulged without your consent Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium warrants that:

  1. Credit Card Information Storage
  2. All credit card information are securely encrypted and stored with our gateway Paynamics Technologies, Inc. This gives a second layer of protection for your credit card information.

  3. CVV Verification
  4. When you submit your credit card information, including the Card Verification Value (CVV), our job is to encrypt the info and securely transmit to the issuers. Verification and approval is under their sole discretion.
